Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing your Foot and Ankle specialist , so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
You will need to have the following info when calling to schedule:
- Insurance
- Name of Primary Care Physician
- Brief Description of Your Problem
Insurance
Our office accepts all carriers except Mass Health and Neighborhood Health Plan. Please call our office to verify acceptance of your insurance carrier.
Billing
Co-payments and all self-pay due day of appointment. Payment for all OTC items including Orthotics due when dispensed. It is the patient's responsibility to obtain referral prior to appointment.
Our Facilities
We offer convenient hours: days, evenings and weekends(emergencies). Some of the on site features we offer:
